Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/whatsapp message with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
Delivery Attempt & Failed Delivery
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails on both attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to transit mishandling, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs/unboxing video.
