Refund policy

At Syneo, we take pride in the quality of every product we deliver. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A Unboxing Video of the damaged/defective product and packaging

We will review your request and, upon verification, offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Delivered

If you received an item different from what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be dispatched at no extra charge

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
